Start with an approved script and move through creative direction, scenes, visuals, audio, assets, thumbnail, metadata and final review. Each stage is designed to receive useful context from the stage before it.
Use writing preferences, creative bibles and scene styles to make the production more consistent. Direction is treated as production context rather than a prompt you have to rediscover every time.
The workflow is designed around provider adapters. Where supported, a production can use image or video generation according to the scene plan and the providers configured for the workspace.
The final stages bring assets, narration, thumbnail work and YouTube metadata together. You decide what is ready and complete the final YouTube upload in your creator account.
